We didn't start this company in an office; we started it in attics, crawlspaces, and on rooftops. Rafael began his journey in the mid-2000s as an apprentice, learning the trade from the bottom up. He was raised in the trade by old-school masters who taught him that craftsmanship is a matter of integrity. It’s about more than just a paycheck; it’s a deep-rooted love for the craft and a commitment to treating every customer’s home with even more care than his own.

After years of mastering everything from complex installations to precision troubleshooting and maintenance, Rafael knew it was time to bring that high standard of work to his own label. He teamed up with Joana to build a company rooted in quality and honesty. We aren't here to offer "cheap" quick fixes that break a month later; we provide high-level craftsmanship at a price that makes sense for hardworking families.

Joana handles everything behind the scenes to make sure your experience is seamless, while Rafael, Luis, Damian, and the rest of the team share the same mindset—take pride in the work, pay attention to the details, and treat every home like it’s their own.
