System Installation
AC system installation typically involves selecting the appropriate size and type of air conditioning system for the space, determining the best location for the system, and installing all necessary components, including the indoor and outdoor units, ductwork, and thermostat. In addition to installing the system itself, we will make any necessary electrical or plumbing connections, as well as perform any necessary testing and commissioning to ensure that the system is working properly.
REPAIRS
AC repair is the process of fixing or maintaining an air conditioning system that is not functioning properly. This can involve diagnosing and identifying the problem, replacing faulty parts, and performing necessary maintenance to ensure that the system is running efficiently. Some common issues that may require AC repair include a malfunctioning thermostat, a leaky refrigerant line, a faulty compressor, or a clogged air filter.
SERVICES/PREVENTATIVE MAINTenANCE
Our preventative maintenance service includes a comprehensive inspection of your air conditioning system. We start with the condensing unit, opening it up and thoroughly washing it from the inside out. We also inspect the inside coil and disinfect it if necessary while cleaning it.
The condensing unit is checked for any loose wires, and we inspect the contactor and capacitor to ensure there are no issues that could affect your system's performance this summer. The inside coil pan is treated with 2 to 3 dissolving and cleaning tablets to disinfect and remove any odors or hardened dirt from years of use.
We also treat the main primary drain to prevent clogs and potential water damage. The furnace is lightly inspected to ensure it is functioning properly and supporting your air conditioner. Please provide your filter size so we can bring the correct filter and replace it during our visit.
After completing these tasks, we run the unit and check the refrigerant levels to ensure your system is operating as efficiently as possible.
